Experimental MacOSX universal build of Subcommander 1.2.2. Includes also a few bug fixes.

- fixed: [Issue 181] fixed parsing of more than 10 bookmark.
- fixed: fixed an endless loop in the log dialog code with paths that contain multibyte characters.
- fixed: remove hackish tool button menu handling, hopefully fixing the "menu doesn't close" issue when selecting revisions.
- changed: improved build, simpler moc generation.
