Using svn+ssh:// URLs in Subcommander on Windows

Message I don't see any way to submit a bug report or request for enhancements for
Subcommander. So I'm e-mailing this list.

It would be nice if the command prompt window didn't appear while using
svn+ssh:// URLs. I use putty to access these subversion URLs, and this
additional window constantly popping up for each svn operation isn't needed.

WinCVS doesn't spawn new windows, and it would be nice if Subcommander
worked in a similar fashion.
