[PATCH]Support for implicit DSO linking

Hallo,

regarding to

https://fedoraprojec​t.org/wiki/Features/​ChangeInImplicitDSOL​inking

on Fedora 13 the feature of inplicit DSO linking will be introduced.

Thes caused, that all dynamic linked libraries has to been specified for
the link call.

Unfortunately, the reference to the neon library was not specified
on your makefile, so I have created the following patch.
