SSH tunneling problem with windows

Message I have a small problem:

I have created a tunnel option:
putty = "path/to/plink.exe" -ssh 2 -l login -i /path/to/mykey.ppk

In my project I define:
svn+putty://server/path/to/repository

But I receive the following error message (or something like, because mine is in french):
It is not possible to create the tunnel: the specified file can not be found.

I don't know which file it talks about...
The key file? I have tried my command line with a dos command and it works...

I have tried with only svn and it works (actually it fails but because I have deactivated svn protocol)

Last possibility is because I am using Win 2000 and this exe seems has been done only for XP and Vista (but everything else is OK).

Please tell me if you have any idea

Client:
OS: Win 2000
SW: Subcommander 2.0.0.0 Beta5
