Create a Project into an local repository on Windows

Message HI

Can annybody write a little How To, to use subcommander on Windows to create a Project in an file based repository.

I try:
*Admin->new repository...
*repository Type : fsf repository
 Name:SWO path: C:\Subversion\SWO

this create a folder C:\Subversion\SWO\SWO with a 4 subdirectories (conf, db,hooks,locks)

than I try to create a Project:
* new project...
* Project name
      Project name: test
* working copy Bookmark
      Name:
      Path:
* trunk Bookmark
      Name: trunk
      URL: file://C:/Subversion/SWO/SWO

But i get an error if i click to the test/trunk icon

Please help
